My son is 4 years old, he has Down Syndrome. He was in a private school last year, but this year he needs to attend a public school because I cant no longer pay this private school. They have assigned "Gulfstream Elementary". They have told me that this is a very good school that it has the best teacher for special needs children, but my concern is that they have also told me that they have very severe cases. My child has developmental delay and Im worried that he might reverse because he is going to be in a class with children with severe cases.

Those anybody has any suggestion? Should I change him from this school and try to put him in another school? what school are good for a kid with Down syndrome?

thank you for your help
