Transition Planning and the IEP (Individualized Educational Plan)

This presentation will review the basics of IEP Transition Planning for your student’s future after high school. It will be an overview of key concepts like how IDEA defines Transition, who is involved in the process, the student’s role, the planning process, transition assessments, measurable postsecondary goals, and course of study.  This is for families who have students transitioning to high school or already in high school.
