Nonprofit organizations raise funds through donations. A silent auction allows charities to earn donations by selling items to guests in exchange for a monetary contribution. Donated items are set for bidding at half the value. Guests have an opportunity to bid on items until the auction closes and the winning bidders numbers are announce.
