Education & Support Specialist

Chandra “Celeste”  was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She’s a proud mother of two amazing sons, Kasai and Kairo. Kasai is on the autism spectrum and just like most parents,  she went through the emotions of fearing the unknown. She reached out to Parent to Parent of Miami in search of guidance and support and after the first encounter, she immediately wanted to be a part of the mission.

Navigating the world of therapies, IEPs, and society’s expectations of “normal” has been both challenging and rewarding. Through it all she has learned the importance of advocating, promoting inclusion, and creating a safe space for families raising children with higher support needs.  She is honored to be a source of light.  “Never stop advocating! Never stop asking questions! Let’s all continue this journey with Grace.”
