Dafne Adames
Education & Support Specialist
Dafne was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and joined Parent to Parent of Miami in 2023 as an Education and Support Specialist. Dafne has an Associate Degree in the Science of Nursing. A kind, caring and compassionate mother of an adult daughter named Daphne Alexis, who is an artist with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit disorder. Dafne also has a teenage son named Pedro Antonio who has an adventurous personality and has been diagnosed with ADHD.
Dafne is passionate about defending the rights of others, especially when it comes to children with disabilities. Helping families educate, advocate, and support their children when it comes to their disability is her number one priority. She loves the arts and nature. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, painting, interior decoration, poetry, music, and singing karaoke.
